Private classes at your or any location are available. These classes are highly recommended as staff often feels more comfortable asking questions specific to their company situation. In addition, consultants and even vendors/providers can be included in these training classes to make sure all are “on the same page” and to “lift all boats” with planning, design and implementation. In addition, private classes are very cost effective and even more so when you consider downtime, travel time as well as allowing training for those staff who may not normally get the training.
